Band / Midriff Measurement:

1. Lift your arms above your head and have your friend measure your midriff snugly (beneath the bust).
2. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and across the small of the back.

Bust Measurement

1. With your arms down by your sides, have your friend take your bust measurement at the fullest part of the bust.
2. NOTE - Do not wear a padded bra for this measurement.

Determine Cup Size

1. Calculate the difference between the two measurements.  Bust measurement minus the midriff measurement equals the cup size.
2. Use the cup size chart provided to determine your cup size.

Determine Bra Size

1. Your bra size will be your midriff measurement (32,34, 36, etc) and your cup size (B, C, CC, D, DD, etc.) wil be calculated using the difference between the two measurements.  For example, if you measure 34 around your midriff and you measure 40 around the fullest part of your breast, you should wear a 34EE (see chart).

We can only guarantee a perfect fit if you have been properly measured by a Tab representative. If you do not know your size you may use the following guideline but we cannot guaranttee a perfect fit.  Get someone to help you.  Ensure your measuring tape is parallel to the floor. 

Approximate Cup Size

These sizes are estimates and can vary especially if there is alot of breast tissue under the arms or in the back.

Using the difference between the two, use the chart below for the approximate cup size.
